When we learned pre-pandemic that Spaces4Learning was looking for an expert to cook up a bylined article on school food service facilities, the team at Taylor Johnson knew client Wight & Company could satisfy the editor’s appetite for great design. We worked with Wight’s K-12 education team to profile the firm’s recent work with Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Ill., which transformed the school’s lunch room from “institutional” to “wow” with retail-inspired design that not only updated the facility but also encouraged students to make healthy food choices. Read here about how Wight made dining at Stevenson a whole new culinary experience.
