CA Industrial Breaks Ground On First Warehouse In Chicago Market

Taylor Johnson client CA Ventures has been busy since the launch of the firm’s new industrial division last summer. With projects already underway near Cincinnati and Indianapolis, CA Industrial recently broke ground on its first development in the Chicago market: a 146,029-square-foot speculative warehouse in northwest suburban Elk Grove Village. Scheduled to deliver in first-quarter 2020, CA Elk Grove is being built on the majority of an existing retail center, with a portion — 7,800 square feet — remaining as retail. Knowing the milestone would be newsworthy for both the local community and broader industry, TJ got to work promoting the story.
