The Prime Group wanted to wow buyers, prospects, VIPs, and brokers by hosting a private, invitation-only Grand Opening reception for 10 East Delaware, its highly successful, upscale Gold Coast high rise.
Held in the sales center and models, Taylor Johnson & Olesker showcased the quality of the building by focusing on details. From liveried doormen who met guests on the red carpet to an abundance of fresh flowers, passed hors d’oeuvres and a premium open bar, the event gave an elegant nod to luxury. And, of course, we couldn’t let the 500+ guests leave the party without an exclusive Vosges chocolate gift to take with them.
The happy client walked away that evening with seven new contracts.
