City’s Affordable Requirements Ordinance Gets Mixed Reviews

Affordable housing is high on the list of concerns facing the new city of Chicago administration, so it’s a topic real estate media are following closely. Recently, Bisnow Chicago reached out to Taylor Johnson for sources on the city’s Affordable Requirements Ordinance (ARO), and we were able to connect the reporter with a couple of TJ clients, including David Goldman, co-CEO of Belgravia Group, and Susan Tjarksen, managing director at Cushman & Wakefield.
