As lifestyles shift due to the pandemic, a writer with The Washington Post reached out to Taylor Johnson to identify trends in active adult communities. We quickly identified an agent from TJ client Baird & Warner who not only lives at Sun City Huntley – an active adult development outside Chicago – but also works with buyers who want to live in the community.
