For the opening of Spoke Apartments, a new River West rental community co-developed by Taylor Johnson client Bond Companies, we wanted to go beyond traditional media relations in generating buzz for the building. Recognizing the appeal of Spoke’s amazing amenities, team TJ identified and partnered with lifestyle bloggers and online influencers DrunkOnShoes, Kevin Joseph and aSweatLife to amp up exposure on social media channels like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Beyond the tens of thousands reached, these partnerships drove prospects to the building and resulted in at least two signed leases.
