October 20, 2014

As the West Loop became one of the most popular neighborhoods in the city, Presidential Towers remained stuck in the ’80s, with outdated units and a fortress-like exterior that shut Chicago’s largest rental community off from the outside world.

Newly renovated residences at Presidential Towers include a mix of spacious studio, convertible, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
