Taylor Johnson client Lendlease is an expert at urban regeneration, developing not just buildings but entire neighborhoods where open space plays an important role. The firm recently celebrated the grand opening of Southbank Park, a 2-acre publicly accessible green space with an adjacent riverwalk that anchors the firm’s 7-acre Southbank neighborhood development along the Chicago River in the South Loop. Knowing this type of amenity is big news in our business, we got to work pitching, resulting in numerous stories including TV coverage on ABC 7 and Fox 32. Learn more about Southbank Park and how the riverwalk is improving neighborhood connectivity in the Chicago Sun-TimesGlobeSt.comRE Journals and Connect Chicago.

Lendlease’s Southbank Park includes a riverwalk, central lawn and an amphitheater made of lannon stone from Chicago’s Grand Central Station, which operated on the site from 1890 to 1969.
