Ramey has joined the firm as commercial broker and will lead the firm’s industrial division. Ramey, formerly vice president at Elmhurst, Ill.,-based Darwin Realty and Development Corporation, brings 15 years of experience in industrial real estate sales, acquisitions and leasing in Chicago’s western suburbs.

Ramey, 37, specializes in owner representation, tenant representation, build-to-suits, sale-leaseback transactions, and investment acquisitions and dispositions, and has brokered the sale or leasing of more than $210,000,000 of industrial space. He will lead the firm’s efforts in the manufacturing, warehouse and distribution sectors throughout the west and southwest suburbs.
