Transwestern today announces it represented Cope Plastics in a 13,816-square-foot lease at 4 Territorial Court, a 55,480-square-foot industrial facility in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Cope Plastics, an Alton, Illinois-based distributor and fabricator of plastic sheet, rod and tubing products, relocated to the building from a smaller space within the same business park. Transwestern Associate Scott Mueller represented the tenant in the transaction.

“As its landlord was seeking to relocate Cope Plastics to accommodate the needs of another tenant, we were able to negotiate a very favorable lease that includes additional space for Cope’s future business growth,” said Mueller. “Our ability to secure space in a neighboring building will minimize any disruptions to Cope’s operations while allowing the company to enjoy the same accessibility that drew it to the business park 11 years ago.”

Built in 2002, 4 Territorial Court is located just north of Interstate 55, offering convenient access to I-355, State Route 53 and other major thoroughfares. It is one of five buildings located in the Territorial Business Center, including 1 Territorial Court, where Cope Plastics previously leased 10,700 square feet.
