The Chicago Tribune recently looked at housing preferences across multiple generations and delivered an overview of what Gen Y, Gen X and Baby Boomers want. K2, a 496-unit luxury apartment project from Taylor Johnson client Fifield Cos., was featured as an ideal choice for the tech-savvy Gen Y.
