Around here, we know spring is truly in the air when Chicago Agent publishes its annual spring new construction issue. As always, we put the publication in touch with some of the hottest new developments in the city and suburbs.

The resulting story includes Taylor Johnson clients Eveq and its five-story condo building in the West Loop; Fifteen Fifty on the Park, offering 32 condos in the Gold Coast from co-developers Golub & Company, CIM Group and Avoda Group; Belgravia Group’s Triangle Square, a 66-unit condo project in Bucktown; and Lexington Reserve, a community of 21 single-family rowhomes in Oak Park, Ill., by Lexington Homes. The publication also tapped Jeff Benach of Lexington Homes and Paula Harris of Golub & Company for the inside scoop on what developers want agents to know about new construction in this article.

Triangle Square, developed by Belgravia Group and located near the corner of Elston and Webster avenues in Bucktown, will offer 66 condos in an area that includes Sterling Bay’s 70-acre Lincoln Yards development and flanks the Chicago River.
