During the shelter-in-place period, rental communities relied on social media to not only share important updates with residents, but also foster a sense of community. Figuring that residents of a building like Taylor Johnson client 727 West Madison — co-developed by F&F Realty, Ltd. and TJ client Fifield Cos ., with interiors designed by TJ client Morgante Wilson Architects — had put their own stylish touches on their apartments, TJ suggested an Instagram contest inviting 727 residents to connect by posting photos of their home decor with the hashtag #showusyour727. The campaign resulted in engagement of more than 2,000 likes and comments, with the most-liked apartments winning gift certificates to Anthropologie.
