727 West Madison Puts The Grand Into Opening
The grand opening of the tallest building west of the Loop is no time to be shy,
and Taylor Johnson clients Fifield Cos.and F&F Realty Ltd., co-developers of 727 West Madison, went all out last month when celebrating the 45-story tower’s public unveiling and the reveal of its penthouse-level Sky Lounge. More than 1,500 guests enjoyed two evenings of food, drink, music, pop-ups, and unprecedented views of the city from the upper levels of the glass-and-steel high-rise. Team TJ invited reporters from the Chicago Tribune, Curbed Chicago, The Real Deal, Forbes.com and other outlets, who toured the building’s model apartments, Sky Lounge and 7th-floor amenity spaces.
