The Cubs baseball season may be over, but the buzz around The Residences at Addison & Clark is still building following the property’s recent grand opening. 

Taylor Johnson client M&R Development recently joined Bucksbaum Retail Properties in celebrating the completion of the 148-unit luxury rental community, located across from Wrigley Field on the upper floors of the Addison & Clark mixed-use complex. To commemorate the milestone, TJ’s event and media relations teams planned a celebration that involved the project’s developers and residents, as well as retail tenants and community stakeholders. The media took note, resulting in coverage in outlets such as RE Journals and Multi-Housing News, as well as the Chicago Tribune, which gave a shout-out to the event’s Kegways — an idea proposed by TJ — in a slideshow about unique party rentals.
