Taylor Johnson client Pathway to Living, a Chicago-based developer, owner and operator of senior living properties, continues to grow its Aspired Living brand with the acquisition of a 101-unit community in Prospect Heights, Ill.

Formerly known as Grandbrier of Prospect Heights, the community has been operated by Pathway since it opened in May 2017, offering a mix of assisted and independent living residences, as well as a separate memory care neighborhood. Residents of the community also benefit from Pathway’s award-winning VIVA! programming and have access to a full suite of amenities designed to promote health and wellness, socialization and recreation. Pathway to Living has acquired Grandbrier of Prospect Heights, a 101-unit senior living community in Prospect Heights, Ill. Pathway will continue to operate the property, which is being rebranded as Aspired Living of Prospect Heights.
