For more than a year, Chicagoans have watched the rise of 727 West Madison, the elliptical-shaped glass tower at Madison and Halsted streets in the West Loop. Developed by Taylor Johnson client Fifield Realty Corp

and F&F Realty, and managed by Bozzuto, the building is now pre-leasing its 492 luxury apartments. When the time came to announce this milestone and reveal renderings of the interior amenity spaces, as well as photos of mock-up units for the leasing center, the TJ team reached out to Curbed Chicago with an exclusive first look. The Class-A rental high-rise, with interiors by TJ client Morgante Wilson Architects, offers panoramic views of the city and a best-in-class suite of amenity spaces that includes a 45th-floor Sky Lounge. Learn more here about the West Loop’s tallest building.
