Answering the call for much-needed affordable housing in Chicago, Taylor Johnson client Evergreen Real Estate Group recently broke ground on Oso Apartments, a five-story, 48-unit rental community at 3435 W. Montrose Ave. in Chicago’s Albany Park neighborhood.

The project is the result of a partnership between Evergreen and the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA). Team TJ invited media to the ceremonial groundbreaking, which included Evergreen and CHA representatives along with 35^th Ward Ald. Carlos Ramirez-Rosa, officials from the Illinois Housing Development Authority and other community stakeholders. A Block Club Chicago reporter attended and published this story.
