Knowing news of the first Chicago location for Philz Coffeewould jolt coffee lovers, Taylor Johnson worked with client Hubbard Street Group to announce the latest addition to its Wicker Park Connection mixed-use development.  The Real Deal Chicago ran the first of many stories about how HSG and co-developer Centrum Realty and Development secured a deal with the popular San Francisco-based chain, whose 2,100-square-foot storefront is scheduled to open next summer. Wicker Park Connection, located just west of the intersection of Division Street and Ashland Avenue, will also welcome the second Chicago-area location for Washington, D.C.-based [solidcore], a Pilates-based fitness chain set to open a 2,350-square-foot studio next year.
