The third, and final, in Taylor Johnson‘s series of news releases forecasting 2019 real estate trends focused on the multifamily market. Distributed earlier this year, the release shared predictions from our broker, interior designer, developer, operator and commercial construction clients. Trends ranged from owners’ increasing reliance on resident-focused technologies and the rise of mixed-income projects to the growing number of new luxury suburban properties. Seems like our clients were pretty spot on with their insights, as the release resulted in placements in the Chicago Tribune, GlobeSt.com and UNITS.
