Landmark restoration can be challenging, but the results are worth the effort to developers with an eye for the timeless architectural influence of historic buildings.  Overlooking Lincoln Park in the Gold Coast, Taylor Johnson client Fifteen Fifty on the Park has been earning praise for its restoration of the Village Theater facade, which serves as the entrance to the 32-residence new-construction condominium building scheduled to deliver later this year. When the TJ team shared new renderings and details about the building with media, the historic building fans at Chicago Architecture Blog were pleased to see the changes co-developers Golub & Company, CIM Group and Avoda Group are bringing to the corner of Clark Street and North Avenue.
