Due to the developer’s thoughtful restoration of the building, which included adding a new fourth floor and rooftop deck, as well as a curated art collection displayed throughout common areas, TJ had plenty of material to work with, resulting in a variety of media placements in outlets like GlobeSt.com, Bisnow Chicago and Connect Chicago.
