With foundation permit in hand, Taylor Johnson client Fifield Cos. is ready to begin construction on another upscale downtown apartment building: 740 N. Aberdeen.  TJ shared information with Curbed Chicago about the 12-story building, designed by FitzGerald Associates Architects, which will feature 188 apartments, 2,400 square feet of ground-floor retail, and amenities such as coworking spaces and a dog park to meet the demand of today’s urban renters. Located in the thriving River West neighborhood, across from the CTA’S Chicago Blue Line stop, 740 N.
