With Illinois businesses preparing for the legalization of recreational marijuana come Jan. 1, 2020, Taylor Johnsonclient Englewood Construction has been well-positioned to discuss the timely topic from a CRE and construction standpoint given the firm’s work with cannabis companies on dispensaries and cultivation facilities in Illinois and other states. First, TJ placed a byline from Englewood with Illinois Real Estate Journal on the nuances of planning and executing construction projects in the burgeoning cannabis industry. Next, we helped the general contractor publish a version of the byline as a post on its Hard Hat Chat blog. Englewood Construction has worked with cannabis firms on dispensaries and cultivation facilities in Illinois and other states.
