Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial is making more moves in Milwaukee. Its latest deal is the purchase of a 92,000-square-foot shopping center in Brookfield, Wis. Combined with its efforts as the developer of the 270,000-square-foot Mayfair Collection in nearby Wauwatosa, HSA is quickly becoming one of the larger retail players in the southeastern Wisconsin market.
