A lot of thought goes into a name, whether it’s a baby, a pet or, in the case of our industry, a brand-new residential development. So, when Taylor Johnson client Lendlease, along with co-developer The John Buck Company and partner Intercontinental Real Estate Company, were ready to reveal The Venn, the name of the team’s two-tower West Loop development scheduled to deliver in late spring 2020, we knew it would also be important to put a “face” to the name and set about pitching a hard-hat tour. We secured an exclusive walkthrough with Block Club Chicago that highlighted everything The Venn will bring to the West Loop, including a variety of housing choices, extensive resident amenities and 11,000 square feet of retail space.
