Baird & Warner, Illinois’ largest family-owned independent real estate services company, today announced the appointment of Federico Masias to the firm’s newly created position of senior vice president of technology. Masias comes to Baird & Warner from Rosemont, Ill.-based US Foods, where he served as senior director of business relationship management (BRM) digital marketing commerce and merchandising systems for the national food distributor.

In his nearly 15 years at US Foods, Masias also held the roles of senior director of BRM IT supply chain systems, and director of IT supply chain systems. A graduate of Universidad Tecnológica de México in Mexico City, he has also held positions with Nestlé in Mexico and Information Resources Inc. in Chicago.
