Lights, camera, action: When Mitchell Kiven stepped onto the commercial real estate stage in 2015, he’d previously worked as, among other things, a Hollywood screenwriter. Now a senior associate with Taylor Johnson client Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, he has carved out a successful niche in multi-tenant retail and single-tenant net-leased properties, handling more than $90 million in transactions for such companies as Chase Bank, Starbucks and Dairy Queen.
