Proper Title, LLC, a full-service title insurance firm serving the commercial and residential real estate industry throughout the Chicagoland area, has announced the opening of a new office at 1300 Higgins Road, Suite #200, in Park Ridge, Ill., to accommodate its fast-growing business. The firm now offers a total of nine closing locations across Chicago and its suburbs. Proper Title completed a record number of closings in 2019 with residential closings up 24.3%.
“2019 was a banner year for Proper Title, and we’re honored to have so many real estate attorneys, brokers and lenders entrusting us with their closings,” said David Zawadzki, vice president of business development for Proper Title. “In response, we are expanding geographically to meet their needs. Although we already have a strong presence in the far northwest suburbs as well as Chicago’s North Side, we wanted to provide a convenient suburban location along the city’s northwest edge. Park Ridge was the ideal spot as it is easily accessible to the O’Hare submarket and the I-90 and I-94 expressways.”
The new Park Ridge office offers 3,500 square feet and five closing rooms to accommodate its steady stream of residential and commercial closings. This new office is expected to have one of the firm’s highest closing volumes, just behind Proper Title’s Loop and Northbrook locations.
