A year after launching its innovative office suites at luxury rental tower Optima Signature in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood, Taylor Johnson client Optima, Inc. has leased 100% of the 22 furnished suites. TJ worked with Optima to time the milestone announcement on the heels of an industry study saying coworking providers will triple their space in Chicago over the next three years. Optima Signature’s office suite tenants range from building residents to established firms looking for a Chicago satellite office. As an added perk, office suite users enjoy a number of the building’s amenities, such as a state-of-the art fitness center with spa and steam rooms.
