Chicago’s building boom has made land one of the most precious commodities for builders and developers. It’s especially rare for a developer to have the opportunity to transform an entire city block — yet that’s exactly what Taylor Johnson client Lendlease, along with co-developer The John Buck Company and partner Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, did with their new development, Porte. Located at 855 W. Madison in Chicago’s West Loop, Porte is a two-tower mixed-use development offering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom rental townhomes. Taylor Johnson worked with Curbed Chicago to announce the recent start of pre-leasing. We then secured additional coverage in outlets including Bisnow ChicagoConnect ChicagoChicago Agent Magazine and REBusinessOnline.

In addition to handling PR for Porte, Taylor Johnson also manages the property’s Facebook and Instagram pages. To learn more about Taylor Johnson’s social media and digital advertising services, contact Emily Johnson at ejohnson@taylorjohnson.com.

Earlier this month, Lendlease Development, along with co-developer The John Buck Company and partner Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, launched pre-leasing at Porte, a two-tower, mixed-use development in Chicago’s West Loop.
