At Taylor Johnson, we regularly employ new and traditional media to spotlight clients, and podcasts have been embraced by the real estate industry — and us — as a valuable storytelling tool. Team TJ recently connected client Evergreen Real Estate Group with Senior Living Foresight for a podcast highlighting the firm’s innovative partnership with the Chicago Housing Authority and Chicago Public Library to bring affordable senior housing and new public library branches to Chicago’s North Side. Listen to the full interview to hear how these co-located developments came together and the impact they’ve had on both residents and the surrounding community.

Northtown Public Library and Apartments is one of two co-located library and affordable senior housing communities completed in 2019 by a partnership including Evergreen Real Estate Group, the Chicago Housing Authority and Chicago Public Library.
