As we prepare to move into Phase 3 of Governor Pritzker’s Restore Illinois plan, commercial properties that have been closed for weeks will soon reopen. Knowing many facilities missed regular maintenance appointments during the shutdown — and that some building systems need attention after being unused for a long period — Taylor Johnson client Englewood Construction prepared a checklist of facility maintenance items for property owners and managers as they get ready for tenants and employees to return.
