While some CRE sectors have experienced a slowdown in construction during the pandemic, the cannabis space continues to be a high spot with a strong pipeline of work, according to Taylor Johnson client Englewood Construction. We recently helped the Englewood team share news of its latest cannabis projects – including a Windy City Cannabis location on Weed Street in Chicago, as well as dispensaries for Green Thumb Industries in Ohio, Pennsylvania and California – for which the national commercial contractor tapped into its expertise managing jobs in markets across the country.
