While the state’s affordable taxes are a top draw, it’s not the only reason firms like HSA are active in the area with new projects like Bristol Highlands Commerce Center in Bristol, Wis., near I-94 and the Wisconsin-Illinois border. A 157,300-square-foot warehouse building with 31 truck docks and a 471,950-square-foot distribution center with 72 truck docks, Bristol Highlands is scheduled to deliver its first phase later this year.
