It’s always cause for a celebration – and reaching out to media – when work begins on a new real estate development. That was certainly the case when Taylor Johnson client Optima, Inc. kicked off construction for Optima Lakeview, a 198-unit mixed-use rental development located in the heart of Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. Further adding to the building’s newsworthiness are plans to incorporate nearly 14,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor of the development, which is located on the former site of a Treasure Island grocery store.
