So, when Apartment Therapy needed experts to discuss the different types of basements, we connected the outlet with Taylor Johnson client Lexington Homes, which has built various basement styles in its Chicago-area communities over the past four decades. Today, Lexington Heritage at Arlington Heights and Lexington Trace in Warrenville offer townhomes with either finished lower levels or unfinished full basements, while Parkside of Glenview offers single-family homes with full unfinished basements, which the builder will finish as one of many available options.
