Made For A Pandemic: TJ Clients Tout Timely Benefits Of Condos And Townhomes
Not all homebuyers looking for more space, new-construction and extra outdoor areas bought single-family homes during the pandemic – many opted for a condo or townhome. We noticed this trend among three Taylor Johnson clients and took the idea to veteran real estate writer Lew Sichelman for his nationally syndicated column, The Housing Scene. In the resulting story, Sichelman includes insights from TJ clients Belgravia Group, Lexington Homes and Optima, Inc., who tout the advantages of attached homes for riding out the pandemic, such as affordability, walkability and spacious and highly functional floor plans with features like home offices. The story was picked up by outlets across the country, including Banker & Tradesman, Daily Herald print edition, Miami Herald, Andrews McNeel Syndication and UExpress. Read more here.

Many townhomes and condominiums offer the same sought-after features as single-family homes, like outdoor space, as seen here on one of the private rooftop terraces at CA6 West Loop condominiums from Belgravia Group.
