Chicago’s lakefront skyline is looking a little different these day with the addition of not one, but two new luxury residential towers from Taylor Johnson client Lendlease. Together with partner Magellan Development Group, the firm recently celebrated the topping-off of both Cirrus, a 47-story, 350-unit condominium tower, and Cascade, an adjacent 37-story, 503-unit apartment tower, at the confluence of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. Lendlease capped off 2020 with the topping-off of two of its new residential towers, Cirrus and Cascade, in Chicago’s Lakeshore East neighborhood. The buildings will share access to a public green space known as Cascade Park.
