With ambitious plans to rapidly scale development in residential and industrial markets, Taylor Johnson client CRG, the real estate development arm of Clayco, has been augmenting its leadership team with a number of strategic hires over the past year. The most recent is Jennifer Nichols, who joined the firm this year as senior vice president and legal counsel, overseeing all legal, compliance and risk management.

As the first person of color to join CRG’s senior leadership team, Jennifer is also excited to further develop CRG’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
