Portico – North Scottsdale is the firm’s first development beyond Chicago in its 70-year history
Chicago-based Belgravia Group, Ltd. has announced its first project beyond Chicago with Portico – North Scottsdale, a residential community of 112 luxury condominiums in Scottsdale, Ariz. This is the first time in Belgravia’s 70-year history the firm is developing outside the Chicago area.

A key piece within the larger One Scottsdale masterplan development, Portico will include one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom condominiums with starting prices ranging from $540,000 to $1,420,000. The residences will be located within nine discreet buildings, each with only five floors, offering the type of intimate, boutique living experience Belgravia has become known for in its award-winning Chicago developments like Renelle on the River and Three Sixty West.
Featuring the expertly designed floor plans of the Belgravia brand, residences at Portico will offer true indoor-outdoor living with up to 540 square feet of private outdoor space and stunning views of the McDowell Mountains. As with all Belgravia developments, residents will work with an in-house design team to personalize their home.
