Interra Realty, a Chicago-based commercial real estate investment services firm, today announced it has hired Kevin Rahmanim as associate. In this role, Rahmanim will help Interra build on its significant growth, including $445 million in transactions executed in 2021, up from $270 million in 2020 and $200 million in 2019.

Prior to joining Interra, Rahmanim was a national account executive with Travelers Haven, a Denver-based corporate housing company. He also spent six years as a leasing consultant at one of Chicagoland’s leading property management companies, ICM Properties, Inc., where he became proficient in operating multifamily investment properties.

At Interra, Rahmanim will work under Brad Feldman, senior managing partner, with a focus on market analysis, asset valuation and business development.

“Kevin’s experience in multifamily leasing and management will help us look at opportunities from a different perspective and continue our growth trajectory,” said Feldman. “His understanding of how rental properties can be renovated and repositioned to maximize income will be invaluable to clients who rely on our expertise when making investment decisions.”

A licensed real estate broker in Illinois, Rahmanim graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in management.
