Located at 4851 Tamiami Trail North, the new branch will serve as a full-service real estate office for homebuyers and sellers.

Bill Coduto, vice president and designated managing broker, will lead the Naples office. Coduto began his career with Baird & Warner in 2003 and has served as managing broker of the Barrington, Ill., office for the past 15 years. In his expanded role, Coduto is exceptionally suited to lead both branches, as he is well versed in the residential market trends of both communities.
“The idea to expand to Florida developed very organically, as, over the years — and especially during the pandemic — many of our Chicagoland-area clients wanted a change and were looking for a primary or second home in Florida,” said Coduto. “At the same time, we recognized several of our agents were licensed in both states, so we wanted to provide them with the ability to grow their business and help clients in both locations. Since opening our Naples office, we’ve seen tremendous activity, including Florida residents looking to relocate to the Chicagoland area.”
Coduto has assembled a team of experienced agents who serve the Naples branch — some based exclusively in Florida, while others are primarily based in Illinois and winter in Florida. This provides a solid balance between each market’s busy season and provides homebuyers and sellers with the benefits of this exclusive blend of dual-market knowledge, he noted.
