Taylor Johnson client Steve Fifield makes no little plans. The legendary Chicago developer is attempting to tackle growth issues in Chicago’s West Loop with a unique idea. To spur future development, Fifield wants to cap the Kennedy expressway with a 15-acre park, creating desirable open space and amenities to lure commercial tenants. Fifield recently spoke with Crain’s to highlight his vision for “Millennium Park West.”
