Renderings were released today for The Prospect, a new restaurant operated by Big Fish Hospitality Group occupying the ground-level space at 20West luxury apartments at 20 W. Northwest Highway in downtown Mount Prospect, Ill. The two-story restaurant designed by Barker/Nestor Architects has begun buildout and is scheduled to open later this year.

A six-story mixed-used building with 71 residences, 20West also debuted images of its newly available 2,713-square-foot penthouse rental, which comes with three bedrooms, three baths, sweeping views from three private balconies, custom finishes, and an open floor plan with industrial design touches. The penthouse also includes two prime parking spaces in the 20West garage.
