Boston-based Parker-Torres will continue to operate under its name and current leadership

Baker Barrios Architects, a multidisciplinary design firm based in Orlando, Fla., today announced it has acquired Parker-Torres Design, a luxury hospitality-focused interior design firm based in Boston. The international, award-winning firm, founded by Barbara Parker and Miriam Torres in 2004, will maintain its industry-recognized name and its full team of designers. Parker and Torres will continue their leadership roles with Parker-Torres Design and will also join Baker Barrios as shareholders.
