The 266-unit development marks the first new luxury rental in Aventura in nine years

National developer Fifield Cos. is welcoming its first residents to Avida Aventura, Aventura’s newest luxury 266-unit apartment community at 19401 W. Dixie Highway. The project is steps away from the new Aventura Brightline station, located directly across from the Aventura Mall, the fifth-largest and one of the highest-grossing malls in the U.S., and one of Miami’s top retail, dining and entertainment hubs.

In the Miami area, Fifield Cos. is also under construction on Wynwood Station, an eight-story, mixed-use residential building at 45 NE 27^th St. in the Wynwood neighborhood.
