Single-story office campus surpasses 90% occupancy amid strong demand for autonomous suburban office space
NAI Hiffman, one of the nation’s largest independent real estate services companies, today announced several new leases totaling nearly 15,000 square feet at One Story Schaumburg, a six-building, single-story office campus located along Remington Road between Interstate 90 and Golf Road in Schaumburg, Ill. The leases represent more than 11% of the 130,288-square-foot property and have helped push occupancy above 90% since Berger Asset Management acquired the asset.
The leasing efforts were led by NAI Hiffman Executive Vice Presidents Steve Chrastka and Jason Wurtz, along with Associate Broker Sebastian Mendoza, who continue to drive leasing momentum at the campus through transactions with a diverse mix of tenants.
Over the past year, the team has executed new leases with Cargomaxx Logistics, Arnold Electric, K&G Customs Service, Inc. and thriveMD, among others.
