After some research on the area, we found out that Indianapolis is one of the hottest markets in the country for this type of development. We sent a note with some figures to the real estate reporter at the Indianapolis Star, which eventually spawned this extensive front-page story in last Sunday’s business section. Of course, HSA was prominently featured.
