HSA Commercial to Bring More Than 1,000 Luxury Residences To Wauwatosa, Wis.
The news out of Milwaukee just keeps getting better for Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial. With the recent major success of its Mayfair Collection retail development, HSA, in partnership with Fiduciary Real Estate Development, has announced the next phase of its master plan with The District, a mixed-use development consisting of more than 1,000 luxury rental residences and 50,000 square feet of retail. The District will be adjacent to The Mayfair Collection, which is currently in Phase 2 of its construction and will include a Whole Foods Market and a 144-room Hilton Homewood Suites hotel.
